About the Event
The Spring Equinox marks a quiet turning. Day and night come into balance. The light begins to stretch a little longer. Something in us responds.
This is a moment to pause and notice what has been forming beneath the surface through the winter months. To acknowledge what has carried you. To feel where life is asking to move next.
We will begin with 30 minutes of simple movement and breathwork to gently awaken the body and clear stagnant energy from the nervous system. From there, we’ll settle into an extended and immersive sound meditation. Resting comfortably, you’ll be surrounded by layered vibrations and overtones that support nervous system regulation, coherence, and a deeper sense of internal alignment. Work with your attention to notice and hold the subtlety and nuance.
