Sonic Immersion with Cacao

Join us as we merge the transformative tools of Sound and Cacao on a journey towards a connected and curious mind, body and spirit.

We will begin the practice with a warm cup of cacao, followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga and breathwork. From a comfortable seated and resting position we will move into an extended vocal toning and sound meditation. You will be surrounded by the rich sounds of the gong, shruti box, monochord, singing bowls, chimes and more. Allow the sounds of the instruments to assist you in releasing what you no longer need, creating space for what will nourish and support.

With the assistance of cacao and the mystery of sound we will embark on a collective journey through the heart. Leaning into our joy, vulnerability, compassion and strength. Give yourself permission to enter a liminal state, connecting with the sounds of the instruments through a process of judicious listening and receptivity.

We recommend that you come with an EMPTY STOMACH. The CACAO will have a MUCH STRONGER effect if it can be rapidly absorbed.

Thomasina and Bob Fisk are mind body facilitators with backgrounds in personal development, meditation, yoga, breathwork, music and mental health/wellness. They have been called to the power of sound through first hand experience and training, both with the instruments and philosophies of this ancient and evolving wellness modality.
