St. Croix River Cold Dip

Guided breathwork and cold dip with Valentina!

Curious humans welcome! A marriage of sound, breathwork and the cold. This is a great opportunity to explore the cold in community surrounded by nature.

We'll start with vocal tuning and short + sweet breathwork beside the river and then head out into the cold water together.

This is an invitation to get curious, boost your immunity, reduce anxiety and allow yourself to work with your body to find your bravest self.

We are all unique humans, this is not a competition, this is a pathway to a mind body experience that has healing value. You will be learning to listen deeply to your own body through this experience.

About Valentina.

A true mothering mother with all of my heart. I use words, breathwork and the cold to guide, support & inspire.

I completed a Continuing Education course through the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto that focused on our body’s natural ability to nurture a growing baby through nutritional and holistic practices. I am a Certified Breathwork Facilitator through completing all levels of David Elliott’s Healer Training series. Through my personal cold journey I have felt inspired to share the power of the practice with my community alongside breathwork.
