Kundalini and Sonic Alchemy

Kick off the new year with focus and purpose!  We will start the session by clearing out any old stagnant energy with some Kundalini Kriyas and some breathing techniques.  Once we are feeling open, receptive and connected we will drop in to an hour of Sound Meditation practice where we will allow the overtones of the instruments to guide us deep into ourselves as we feel into the year ahead. 

Do not miss this session!  This is the perfect start to the year ahead and a great way to release all that has past in 2023.  

What to bring? Mat, props, pillows, blankets, eye-mask, etc.  Please bring whatever you might need to feel comfortable laying down for 60 minutes after the active portion of the session.
