Kundalini and Sound Meditation

This is the practice that you know and love.  We will clear the energy channels and get things moving with some Pranayama (yogic breathwork) and Kundalini.  Once we are feeling open, receptive and connected we will drop in to an hour of Sound Meditation practice where we will allow the overtones of the instruments to guide us deep into ourselves.  

What to bring? Mat, props, pillows, blankets, eye-mask, etc.  Please bring whatever you might need to feel comfortable laying down for 60 minutes after the active portion of the session.
