This is an opportunity for you to drop in and connect with a higher sense of self.
Who are you becoming!? What is drawing you forward?
In our sessions you will learn to work with your attention, heighten your awareness and bring your most potent and authentic self into the world. Settle in to relaxation and rejuvenation as you move through deep states of being.
The session begins with some breathwork and Kriyas to get energy moving and awaken the nervous system. As we activate the body the mind will naturally grow quiet and become still. (No special skill or physical ability required.)
