One Deep Love - Cacao and Sound Meditation

The Deep Love, the Big Love, is that type of vast openness and welcoming receptivity we embody when we are at our best.  We feel alive, connected to our own inner authority and have capacity to hold all that Life offers us.  Join us as we clear away the stagnant tired energy and reveal the tender vibrant core of our inner being.  Connect with a deep sense of self and break loose from that crust that has built up around your inner light.  

We begin the practice together with a warm cup of LavaLove Cacao followed by 30 minutes of Kundalini yoga and movement. From a comfortable seated and resting position we will move into an extended vocal toning and sound meditation. You will be surrounded by the rich vibrations of life resonating and flowing through your being.  

This is a season if going inward for reflection and deep recooperation.  Give yourself permission to enter a liminal state between worlds and connect with your highest self.  Embrace all that you have become and are becoming.  You are whole and absolutely magic.  Appreciate the journey that has brought you here into this moment!

This is the time to celebrate in community, surrounded and held in the heart opening medicine of Cacao and Sound!

We recommend that you come with an EMPTY STOMACH. The CACAO will have a MUCH STRONGER effect if your body is prepared to recieve it. 

Thomasina and Bob Fisk are mind body facilitators with backgrounds in personal development, meditation, yoga, breathwork, music and mental health/wellness. They have been called to the power of sound through first hand experience and training, both with the instruments and philosophies of this timeless wellness modality.
