One Deep Love - Cacao and Sound Meditation

The Deep Love, the Big Love, is that type of vast openness and welcoming receptivity we embody when we are at our best.  We feel alive, connected to our own inner authenticity and have capacity to hold all that Life offers us.  Join us as we clear away the debris and reveal the tender vibrant core of our inner being.  Connect with a deep sense of self and break loose from that crust that has built up around your inner light.  

We begin the practice together with a warm cup (or 2!) of LavaLove Cacao followed by 30 minutes of Kundalini yoga and movement. From a comfortable seated and resting position we will move into an extended vocal toning and sound meditation. You will be surrounded by the rich vibrations of life resonating and flowing through your being.
