Our space-limited retreat offers a blend of community, wellness and consciousness expanding sound meditation.
Set on a lake in a tranquil location 3 hours from Minneapolis, this 2-night, 3-day journey features a spiritually enriching Sound Meditation experience facilitated by Bob & Thomasina.
Dive deep into a world of Sound Meditation with overtone emitting instruments, and vocal explorations. You'll experience rejuvenating yoga, transformative kriyas, and breathwork along with a deep sound meditation session.
