Solstice Sound Journey

Join us as we embark on a journey through sound.

Come prepared for mental and physical reset. This is an excellent opportunity to drop in and connect to a higher sense of self (NOT just your typical "Gong Bath" or "Sound Healing".)

Learn to work with your attention, heighten your awareness and bring your most potent and authentic self into the world. Settle in as you create deep states of being, relaxation and rejuvenation.

After a very brief talk and initial framing of the evening, the session will begin with light stretching/yoga designed to release tension held in the body. As we activate the body the mind will begin to quiet and still. (No special skill or physical ability required.)

We will then lay back in a comfortable pose for about an hour as the live sounds from a variety of overtone producing instruments guide us deeper and deeper on a journey through and often beyond the subconscious. Give yourself permission to enter that state between wakefulness and dreams.

Thomasina and Bob Fisk are mind body facilitators with backgrounds in personal development, meditation, yoga, breathwork, music and mental health/wellness. They have been called to the power of sound through first hand experience and training, both with the instruments and philosophies of this ancient and evolving wellness modality.
