Sound Ceremony with LavaLove Cacao

Join us as we merge the transformative tools of Sound and Cacao on a journey towards a connected mind, body and spirit.

We begin the practice together with a warm cup of LavaLove Cacao followed by 30 minutes of yoga and breathwork. From a comfortable seated and resting position we will move into an extended vocal toning and sound meditation. You will be surrounded by the rich vibrations of life resonating and flowing through your being.  

Spring is a time to step into the new possibilities of who you are becoming. Give yourself permission to enter a liminal state between worlds and connect with your highest self.  Embrace all that life is expressing through you.  You are whole and alive!  Feel the power of this moment moving through you!

This is the time to celebrate in community, surrounded and held in the heart opening medicine of Cacao and Sound!

We recommend that you come with an EMPTY STOMACH. The CACAO will have a MUCH STRONGER effect if your body is prepared to recieve it. 

Thomasina and Bob Fisk are mind body facilitators with backgrounds in personal development, meditation, yoga, breathwork, music and mental health/wellness. They have been called to the power of sound through first hand experience and training, both with the instruments and philosophies of this timeless wellness modality.
