Sound Meditation and Ayurvedic Meal

Join together with your friends in the community for a Spring Sound Session!

Opening up to the truth of who you are is one thing.  Now its time to practice letting yourself be seen!  Being witnessed in an authentic way can have its own powerful impact on how we show up in the world.  We see you! 

The session will begin with yoga and breathwork designed to release tension held in the body. As we activate the body the mind will begin to quiet and still.  (No special skill or physical ability required.)

Then we will lay back in a comfortable pose for an extended period as the live sounds from a variety of overtone producing instruments guide us deeper and deeper on an exploration through and often beyond the subconscious.
