Sound Meditation and Community Gathering

This will be the final Sound Ceremony in the tent before we pack it away for the winter.  We will clear the energy channels and get things moving with some Pranayama (yogic breathwork) and Kundalini.  Once we are feeling open, receptive and connected we will drop in to an hour of Sound Meditation practice where we will allow the overtones of the instruments to guide us deep into ourselves.  

After the session we can commune around a fire.  We'll make a soup.  Bring a snack or something simple to share.   

Space is limited so grab your spot early.

What to bring? Mat, props, pillows, blankets, eye-mask, etc.  Please bring whatever you might need to feel comfortable laying down for 60 minutes after the active portion of the session.
