About the Event
Get yourself into the river and feel the dopamine rush as the cold exposure therapy sets in! Â
This experience will be held at the public river landing behind the General Store in Marine on St. Croix. Â Every hour we will guide a group of 8 adventurous people through combinations of sauna immersion, brief preparatory breathwork and cold dips into the River for a few minutes of cold exposure. Â Â Sign up for a time slot that works for you and be prepared to feel amazingly calm and focused! Â
All participants are welcome to join us for yoga in the Village Hall at 9am as well. Â (Notice that the first wave is concurrant wth morning yoga.) Â
