About the Event
Get yourself into the river and feel the dopamine rush as the cold exposure therapy sets in!
This experience will be held at the public river landing behind the General Store in Marine on St. Croix. Every hour we will guide a group of 8 adventurous people through combinations of sauna immersion, brief preparatory breathwork and cold dips into the River for a few minutes of cold exposure. Sign up for a time slot that works for you and be prepared to feel amazingly calm and focused!
All participants are welcome to join us for yoga in the Village Hall at 9am as well. (Notice that the first wave is concurrant wth morning yoga.)
