Join us for a weekend of sound meditations, breathwork, yoga/mindful movement, nidra, gentle plant medicines (Cacao, Kava, Puerh Tea), saunas/cold therapy, hikes, expressive music, rest, free time, fun and a wonderful community of nomads!

Our food is medicine and a huge part of our wellness journey.

Wild Rice Retreat Center takes great care to ensure that each meal is "soul nourishing". 

(We craft nutrient-dense menus based on our Chequamegon Bay farms' seasonal availability and supplement with organic, ethically sourced, and sustainably procured ingredients when necessary.")

Treehaus with Private rooms

You will find your well curated accommodations nestled among the trees.  Each person or couple will have a private room with a queen bed and bathroom. A communal gathering space is available in each Treehaus.  If you are joining with a friend and want to share a room please let us know as we can access a Ricepod with two twin beds. 

(The price remains the same per person for single and shared rooms.)
