New Year Sound Meditation

Join us for this special New Year Sound Meditation.  Kick off 2022 by setting an intention for yourself and listen to what calls you forth.    

This is an opportunity for you to drop in and connect with a higher sense of self.  

Who are you becoming!? What is drawing you forward? 

In our sessions you will learn to work with your attention, heighten your awareness and bring your most potent and authentic self into the world.  Settle in to relaxation and rejuvenation as you move through deep states of being.  

The session begins with light stretching/yoga designed to release tension held in the body.  We will also move through some breathwork and Kriyas to get energy moving and awaken the nervous system.  As we activate the body the mind will naturally grow quiet and become still. (No special skill or physical ability required.)

Then we will lay back in a comfortable pose for about an hour as the live sounds from a variety of overtone producing instruments guide us deeper and deeper on a journey through, and often beyond, the subconscious. Give yourself permission to enter that state between wakefulness and dreams! 

Bring your mats, pillows, pads, blankets, eye-masks..etc.  Whatever you need to get comfortable, don't be shy.  You do not want discomfort in your body to become a distraction during the session. 

Thomasina and Bob Fisk are mind body facilitators with backgrounds in personal development, meditation, yoga, breathwork, music and mental health/wellness. They have been called to share the power of this practice through first hand experience and training, both with the instruments and philosophies of this ancient and evolving wellness modality.
