About the Event
Join us as we merge these transformative tools on a journey towards a connected mind, body and spirit.
We begin the practice together with 30 minutes of yoga and breathwork. From a comfortable seated and resting position we will move into an extended vocal toning and sound meditation. You will be surrounded by the rich vibrations of life resonating and flowing through your being.
The equinox is a time to acknowledge the path you've been on and to feel a deep appreciation for the gifts that carried you through the winter and prepare for the more expressive and outward facing side of the year. Give yourself permission to enter a liminal state between worlds and connect with your highest self. Embrace all that you have become and are becoming. You are whole and absolutely magic. Appreciate the journey that has brought you here into this moment!
