Transpersonal Breathwork in the Tent

Join us for an incredibly potent combination of transformational modalities.  Movement/kriyas, invigorating and focused two part breathwork session, followed by the bliss and total physical, mental and emotional reset of an extended Sound Journey. 

(The movement and breathwork practice will assist in preparing the body and mind for meditation.)

We have found that participating in this more intensive breathwork practice, prior to laying out for the sound journey, is effective in clearing the way for a deep and immersive exploration of the authentic self.  You will find your mind to be still, your body to be calm and receptive, and your awareness to be present and potent.

Introduction, movement and then 30 minutes of a more intense two part breath followed by 60 minutes of Sound Meditation. 

Things to bring: yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye mask and water. Whatever brings comfort.
